- Good heart health - incorporate regular cardiovascular exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, or cycling. They are crucial for maintaining a healthy heart.
- Maintaining a proper body weight - achieving and maintaining the appropriate weight is important for health and reducing inflammation.
- High intake of polyphenols - consume foods rich in polyphenols, such as vegetables, fruits, and herbs.
- Proper oxygenation - it is important to regularly supply your body with an adequate amount of oxygen through deep breathing and physical activity.
- Stress reduction - stress can lead to inflammation, so it is important to practice relaxation techniques, meditation, or yoga to reduce stress levels.
- Sufficient sleep and quality rest - sleep is incredibly important for health as it allows the body to regenerate and repair damage.
- Antioxidant supplementation - you may consider supplementing with antioxidants to support your body in fighting free radicals and inflammation.
Taking care of these elements will help protect you from inflammation and maintain a healthy cholesterol level.
