11 NUTRIENTS TO SUPPORT THE BODY
  • Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) belongs to the araliaceae family. In nature, it occurs in the mountainous areas of China, both Korea, Japan, Manchuria and Siberia. Some researchers claim that it was the first plant to use the term "adaptogen". Adaptogens are a unique group of natural ingredients that help the body adapt to environmental stress. Siberian ginseng supports the immune system and circulation, and supports physical and mental abilities when weakened1.
  • Mumio, or shilajit, is a natural biological substance that comes from the Himalayas. It is released usually in hot weather, appearing in dry places, sheltered from wind and sun. It contains inorganic and organic compounds (hydrocarbon metabolism products, petroleum products) and the remains of plants, algae and lichens, which, when entering the cracks of rocks, create dead organic matter. It is in the form of lumps or crystals with the consistency of tar or resin. Mumio supplementation supports i.a. mental and cognitive functions 2.
  • Rutin, obtained from the Japanese pearly tree, is a bioflavonoid, i.e. an organic chemical compound from the group of polyphenols, found in plants. It acts as a dye that protects the plant against excessive UV radiation, fungi, mold, bacteria and viruses.
  • It performs many functions in the body, including support for the immune system and protection against oxidative stress3. Since the body is unable to produce it on its own, vitamin C must be obtained from the diet or supplementation.
  • Copper is an essential nutrient for the body. It plays a number of key roles in maintaining a healthy body and brain function. Contributes, among others for energy production and function, the immune4 and nervous systems5, and helps maintain the proper condition of connective tissues. Copper even interacts with a pigment called melanin, which is responsible for the pigmentation of the hair, skin and eyes7.
  • B1 (thiamin): plays an important role in metabolism, helping to convert nutrients into energy, supports the nervous system and heart function. B3 (niacin): plays a role in the proper functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism, and also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and weariness. B5 (pantothenic acid): helps the body to maintain proper energy metabolism, and is also involved in the production of certain hormones, vitamin D and neurotransmitters. B6 (pyridoxine): is involved in energy metabolism and supports the functioning of the nervous and immune systems. B9 (folic acid): contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the proper functioning of the immune system. B12 (cobalamin): is needed for the proper functioning of the nervous system, strengthening the immune system, and proper energy metabolism.
