About me: Professional career:

I graduated from a technical school specializing in nutrition and household management in 2013, which gave me a solid foundation for further development in the field of dietetics. Continuing my education, I obtained a bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the Witelon Higher Vocational School in Legnica, now known as Collegium Witelona. I am currently expanding my knowledge and skills by attending postgraduate studies in clinical dietetics.

Professional experience:

My professional career is focused on the practical application of nutrition knowledge. I have completed numerous courses and training in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, and personal training, allowing me to specialize in dietetics for strength, endurance, and team sports. I run my own dietetic practice in Luban, where I help clients achieve their health and fitness goals daily. Additionally, I collaborate with the Lubomed clinic in Lubomierz, where I offer my dietetic services as part of the NFZ Coordinated Care.

Educational activities:

I am also active in education, giving lectures and workshops on nutrition for schools and sports clubs. My commitment to sharing knowledge helps shape healthy eating habits among young people and athletes.

Personal life:

Outside of work, I am a happy husband and father to five-year-old Ivan. My interests include strength sports, running, obstacle course races OCR, and soccer, which is not only my passion but also helps me maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.)
