  1. When will my order be shipped?

We always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. The order processing time, i.e., the shipment of the goods, is as follows: All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the date of placing the order. Orders placed by 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. If the order is placed on the day preceding a public holiday or on a public holiday (Saturday, Sunday, holidays), the order processing time is extended by the number of non-working days. The delivery time ranges from 1 to 30 business days, depending on the selected country and courier.



 
  1. How much are the shipping costs?

For purchases above 299 PLN, we offer free delivery within Poland. For free delivery orders with cash on delivery payment option, there's a small fee for that payment method.

The availability of selected shipping methods depends on the dimensions and weight of the ordered products. Each product has available shipping methods for that particular item visible on the website.



 
  1. How to use a discount code?

In your shopping cart, beneath the selection of the shipping method, you will find a field labeled 'DISCOUNT CODE.' This is where you enter the discount code.

  1. How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department. You can call us at +48 668 207 098 or send an email to [email protected]. Please note that an order can be canceled before it is shipped from our warehouse. After this time, if you wish to cancel the order, we kindly ask you to proceed with the return process. Our team will be happy to assist you in the order cancellation or return process and provide any necessary information.



 
  1. Do you ship orders to the United Kingdom?

YES!

We ship packages to the United Kingdom with products up to a maximum value of 135 GBP / 150 EUR / 650 PLN. If you plan to purchase products exceeding 135 GBP / 150 EUR / 650 PLN, please place two (or more) separate orders.

We handle the shipment of packages to the United Kingdom through the shipping company ROYAL MAIL.

Simply add the products to your cart and change the delivery country to the UNITED KINGDOM in the cart.

The delivery time for the package from the moment it is dispatched from our warehouse is 6-7 business days.



 
  1. Can I return ordered products?

To file a complaint, while logged into your account, go to the Complaints section, and then select the order for which you want to file a complaint.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased on the www.mass-zone.eu website, you can request a refund or product exchange.

Please note that to return a dietary supplement, due to health and hygiene protection, the product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and NOT opened. If you have opened the product and are not satisfied with it, please file a complaint instead.

  1. Will I receive an invoice for the placed order in the store?

Yes, we care about the environment, so we send invoices in electronic form. The document will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of order fulfillment.



 
  1. What does "MFG" mean?

The production date ("MFG") on the bottom of Seeking Health products refers to the date when the product was manufactured following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Seeking Health does not print an expiration date on all products; the production date is provided to ensure quality if the expiration date has not yet been established based on product testing.

Capsules, tablets, and chewable supplements typically maintain potency and freshness for 2 years from the production date under good storage conditions. Probiotics generally retain potency for 18-24 months under good storage conditions. Unopened liquid supplements usually maintain potency for 2 years under good storage conditions. These are estimates, and depending on the product and ingredients, some may have shorter or longer windows.



 
  1. Do you ship products with an ice pack?

Yes, all products that require cooling or refrigeration are shipped with a cooling insert.



 
  1. Can I pick up my order personally?

Personal pickup is possible upon prior payment of the order. Order pickup is available until 3:00 PM at the address ul. Kopernika 4, Bolesławiec.

 

  1. How can I use loyalty points?

Accumulate points then exchange  them for money discounts. The loyalty program is available only for customers who register in the store.

  1. Do I have to create an account to make purchases in the store?

No, it is not required to create an account to place an order. You can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend the option of customer registration. In addition to the Loyalty Program, registered customers and those subscribed to the newsletter are eligible for special promotions and discounts on future orders.



 
  1. How should I store dietary supplements?

Please refer to the information provided on the packaging of the specific product. Generally, dietary supplements should be stored at room temperature, in a dry place, and out of reach of children.



 
  1. When will I see the first results of supplementation?

It's important to keep in mind that every body is unique, so the effects of dietary supplements can vary depending on individual predispositions and needs. Some may notice initial results in just a few days, while others may need more time – several weeks or even several months.

Consistent and systematic use of supplements is crucial. Therefore, we recommend continuing supplementation for a minimum of one month, preferably for a period of three months. This timeframe allows the body to properly absorb and utilize the nutritional components from the supplements, which may lead to lasting and noticeable effects.

Remember that each body reacts individually, so it's important to be patient and consistent in the use of dietary supplements. Over time, positive changes and benefits from long-term support with appropriate nutrients may become evident.

Achieving health and well-being takes time and commitment, so we recommend regularity and persistence in supplementation to achieve optimal results.
