Free Returns at Mass-Zone!

In Mass-Zone, we understand that sometimes a purchased product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer you the option of a free return within 14 days from the date of package receipt.

Here's how it works:

1. The product must be new and unopened (dietary supplements, for health and hygiene reasons, must be in their original packaging, sealed, and NOT opened).
2. Contact us at the email address: [email protected] to express your desire to return the product.
3. In your message, provide:
   • the order number containing the product you want to return,
   • a photo of the item you want to return (to ensure that the product is new and unopened),
   • your address details; the DPD courier will pick up the package from the address you provide.
4. Include the filled-out withdrawal form in the package, which you can download [download form].
5. Once we receive your message, we will coordinate the package pickup with the DPD courier, who will come to the specified address. After receiving the package and checking its contents, we will initiate the refund to your account.
