The registration process is quick and easy - just go to the website: https://mass-zone.eu/rejestracja.html, fill out the form, and click: create an account.
For every złoty spent on purchases on our website, you will receive 1 point. For every product review containing at least 3 descriptive sentences and a rating from 1 to 5, you will receive 10 points. However, please remember that in order to receive the points, you must add the review as a logged-in user of our store, and the review itself should be free of vulgarities or statements that could violate social norms or harm third parties.
You can buy any product in our store with points. On the product card, you will find information on how many points you need to make an exchange.
If you have enough points in your account to purchase a product, there will be a message stating:
Add the product to the cart. If you have a sufficient amount of points on your account, a button saying "EXCHANGE FOR X POINTS" will appear next to the product in the cart.
Yes, all you have to do is press the "CANCEL EXCHANGE FOR POINTS" button next to the product in the basket.
Of course, you just need to add 1 piece of the product to your basket, exchange that one piece for points in the basket, then go back to the product page again and add another piece to your basket. Then you will have one product in two positions in the basket.
The points you have obtained do not have an expiration date. They will remain active until you use them.
Yes, you can configure the payment for your order however you like. If you do not have enough points to exchange all products in the order for points, or if you simply want some points to remain for later use, you can pay for some products in regular currency.
Unfortunately, loyalty points can only be exchanged for products. Shipping is not included, so it will require a separate payment even if the entire order is paid for using loyalty points. However, if the total amount after all discounts is above 299 PLN, then shipping within Poland is free.

We typically send newsletters every Tuesday and Thursday, although sometimes important events may cause the schedule to change slightly. In the newsletter, you will find practical information about healthy lifestyles, supplementation, promotions, and clearance offers.
Promotions in our store do not combine - this means that it is not possible to use a discount code and loyalty points at the same time. However, you can choose to activate one discount first and then the other to see which option is more favorable for you at that moment. If you choose a discount in the form of a discount code, your points will still be waiting for you.
