Po dłuższym testowaniu różnych produktów z olejem z czarnuszki stwierdzam, że najlepszy jest olej w formie płynu tłoczony bezpośrednio na zamówienie. Jednak ten w kapsułkach może być dobrą alternatywą dla osób, które płynnego oleju, z racji mocnego smaku, nie wypiją.
