This solution increases the absorption surface of the Microferr® iron salt, which results in a better reduction of the compounds to the divalent form.

In turn, milk and cheese contain small amounts of iron, as well as most food products of plant origin. However, due to the permanent loss of iron caused by peeling or discarding skin cells and intestinal cells or loss of blood, the daily iron requirement may vary depending on the age, sex and body composition of the person.
