Specialization: allergology, elimination-rotation and anti-inflammatory nutrition plans
About me: I am a master of clinical dietetics. I have experience in the diagnosis and dietary therapy of various diseases. I have helped dozens of patients with many ailments that they struggled with for years, all thanks to a holistic approach to the patient, targeted diagnosis, and carefully developed dietary therapy.
In my professional work, I place great emphasis on diagnosing the root causes of the problem - nutrition-related causes. I conduct nutritional education, prepare nutrition programs, and help my patients change their nutrition and health habits, including adults, children, seniors, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
The nutrition programs I create are based on completely individual assumptions for each patient, using natural, simple products without food additives.
I specialize in ALLERGOLOGY. I primarily create elimination-rotation and anti-inflammatory nutrition plans. My patients are people suffering from allergies but also those who, as a consequence of the allergic cascade, develop autoimmune and cancerous diseases.
FOOD INTOLERANCE AND ALLERGY >>> (allergic cascade) >>> incorrect immune response >>> AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES >>> (allergic cascade) >>> intensified inflammatory states, carcinogenesis >>> CANCER
Food intolerances and allergies, as a result of the allergic cascade, trigger an incorrect immune response that leads to the development of autoimmune diseases. Failure to stop the allergic cascade during autoimmune diseases intensifies the developing inflammatory states and predisposes the body to carcinogenesis, creating cancer cells.
I try to approach the topic of allergies in an interdisciplinary way, as it is a very broad field of science that combines many specializations:
Dermatology - many skin diseases have an allergic basis, e.g. Psoriasis or Atopic Dermatitis
Pulmonology - many respiratory diseases also have an allergic basis, e.g. Asthma or COPD
Gastroenterology - allergens affecting the digestive tract hinder the function of its organs, disrupt digestion, enzyme secretion, nutrient absorption, and cause bacterial and fungal overgrowths, making it difficult for the liver to detoxify the body or the pancreas to digest carbohydrates. Problems with REFLUX SIBO FUNGUS ANEMIA CROHN'S DISEASE ULCERATIVE COLITIS etc. begin.
Endocrinology - hormonal problems are often related to excessive allergen activity, lactose intolerance, or celiac disease leading to changes from autoaggression such as Hashimoto's disease, PCOS, or ENDOMETRIOSIS
Neurology and Psychiatry - we already know that the gut is our second brain, but little is still said about the impact of allergens on our psyche. An example is SCHIZOPHRENIA which is still not distinguished from celiac disease. Thyroid function or allergen activity in the body of a sick person is not studied. At the same time, as the number of people suffering from allergies increases, so does the number of people with depression or anxiety. Children with autism or Asperger's syndrome are growing rapidly. Why? First of all, there is no anti-allergic education among parents. The accumulation of allergens and harmful environmental factors generates problems with detoxification of the child's body, leading to mental health problems.
Rheumatology - experience shows that one of the factors with a huge impact on the development of RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS is allergies and food intolerances. I have already successfully treated many patients who do not use steroid medications.
Oncology - as a result of long-standing allergic cascades, strong inflammatory states are created, leading to the formation of cancer cells.
