Antibody Tests (98.9% Effectiveness, Coronavirus (2019-nCoV, Covid-19) Ab IgG / IgM Tests)

What is the test procedure?

1. Bring all test items and the blood sample to room temperature (15-30 ° C) before running the test.
2. Remove the test cassette from the sealed bag and use it as soon as possible. The best results will be obtained if the test is completed within one hour.
3. Place the test on a clean and level surface.
4. Using the plastic pipette provided, transfer 1 drop of whole blood (approximately 10 µl) to the test sector S, then immediately add 2 drops of buffer. Avoid air bubbles.
5. Wait for colored lines to appear. The result should be read in 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 15 minutes.


Result of the test:

NEGATIVE: There is one colored line in the C sector, no lines in the IgG and IgM sectors. A negative result indicates no anti-COVID-19 antibodies are detected in the sample.
POSITIVE IgM: One colored line appears in the C sector and a colored line appears in the IgM sector.
POSITIVE IgG: One colored line appears in the C sector and a colored line appears in the IgG sector.
POSITIVE IgG and IgM: One colored line appears in the C sector and colored lines appear in the IgG and IgM sector.
INVALID: Control line (C) does not appear. This indicates an insufficient sample volume or an incorrect technique in the procedure performed.
