PRENACAPS MULTI 1 + DHA is a complex of 17 ingredients intended for women up to the 12th week of pregnancy. The ingredients contained in the products support, among others functioning of the nervous system (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, biotin, iodine, magnesium), maintaining healthy skin (biotin, B2, zinc), immune system (D, C, folic acid), heart function (DHA and EPA) and proper brain function (DHA).


PRENACAPS MULTI 1 contains highly digestible and active forms of ingredients (including zinc citrate, L-selenomethionine, methylcobalamin). It also includes a biologically active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) with research-proven high bioavailability.

• To make folic acid, vit. B6 and vit. B12 could be used by the body and must be converted into its active form after ingestion. According to the data, on average, every second person in Europe experiences disorders of this transformation process. PRENACAPS MULTI 1 contains active forms of vitamin. B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), vit. B12 (methylcobalamin) and folic acid (Quatrefolic®), which do not require conversion and can be used immediately by the body.
