AVITALE Wild Oregano Oil 100% Natural, 90% Natural Carvacrol (Standardized) Drops 30ml

Wild oregano oil is a rich source of vitamin A and C, flionoids and phenols, including carvacrol, which is well known to any aroma of oregano. The content of carvacrol depends on the chemotypes of plants, subspecies, but also on the region, the quality of the harvest, the plant parts used, and even the exact time of harvesting oregano. The most popular concentration is 60% -70%. Higher concentrations can only be obtained by using innovative rectification processes. The rectification is also referred to as fractional distillation - from the physical point of view it is a cascade distillation (multi-level), in which each stage of the process is fed with the product (distillate) of the previous process. This process is repeated until the expected concentration is obtained. Lower and higher concentrations of carvacrol are mixtures of natural oils along with a synthetic carvacol obtained from D-limonene. Synthetic oils have a different smell and taste differently. Oregano oils, occurring as a mix of natural and synthetic carvacol, contain up to 35% natural and 65% synthetic carvacrol.

Wild oregano in Avitale® drops is 100% natural oregano oil with a high and extremely rare 90% carvacrol content - only natural carvacrol. Obtaining this concentration is possible thanks to the "rectification / stripping" process (fractionation based on the relative volatility of components) and the use of appropriate parts of plants for its production. The method of production in 100% natural oregano consists in the rectification process, without the use of any synthetic processes or ingredients.
