Dosage

Simplest version: Pour a glass (about 200ml) of hot water over the tea and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. Versions for those with more time: Pour cold water over the tea (1 cup of water for 1 tea bag). Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours and you will have a delicious herbal cold brew.
