If humanity has ever known a substance perfectly defined by these two sentences, it is lunasin, the first scientifically described epigenetic food. This is due to, among others from its excellent bioavailability. Being built into the protein complex (albumin 2s), it is not digested in the stomach and penetrates through the intestines into the blood and then into the cells. The global sensation was caused by the perception that the unique amino acid structure of this bioactive peptide allows it to influence the positive expression of our genes. It would sound like medical fiction if it was not proved by numerous studies. Lunazine, discovered only in the late twentieth century, was a substance so hard to access that it was missing even for laboratories conducting research on the use of its properties in medicine. Lysozyme - (muramidase) is a base enzyme for the resistance of mammals and an innate part of our immune system. Colostrum (colostrum) contains very high levels of lysozyme, which protects the born human baby before it builds its own immune system. This is one of the most valuable substances that can be included in the composition of the dietary supplement, because in the products we consume it occurs only in egg whites, provided that they are not thermally and traceable processed in non-UHT milk, especially goat milk. "Free as a turtle, strong as an ox" - immunologists say about lysozyme, indicating, for example, that only one milliliter of it is able to defend a thousand liter vat against all pathogenic microorganisms! Alexander Fleming considered the most important work of his life, not the penicillin he was famous for, but the isolation of muramidase for the first time.
