Colo-Vada Light - a comprehensive program designed to effectively cleanse and detoxify, as well as to vitalize and replenish vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

The program is designed for 14 days, includes 6 products and consists of 3 stages:
  • Stage 1: D-TOX I (20 capsules), D-TOX II (20 capsules), GreenGreen (20 capsules).
  • Stage 2: Light Mix (12 sachets).
  • Stage 3: Assimilator (20 capsules), GreenGreen (20 capsules), Super-Flora (30 capsules).


Stage 1. Detoxification (5 days)
  • The first stage of the program is based on 3 groups of plant ingredients that have a detoxifying and strengthening effect. The phytonutrients included in the GreenGreen product are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals that effectively stimulate the excretory and motor functions of the digestive system and support the removal of deposits from the body.

Stage 2. Cleansing (4 days)
  • The action of active ingredients, such as Psyllium Husk, Flaxseed and Prunes are fortified with the insoluble fiber extract found in GreenGreen.
  • The most noticeable result will be achieved if you drink enough fluids. It is also recommended to drink juices, preferably vegetable juices, with no added sugar. Avoid eating hard foods and follow a diet based on liquid foods, including soups and vegetable broths.

Stage 3. Regeneration (5 days)
  • The complex of natural cultures of probiotic bacteria, enzymes and phytonutrients included in the GreenGreen product will contribute to the restoration of the natural bacterial flora, support the digestive system and the absorption of nutrients.

STAGE 1 (from day 1 to day 5)
  • D-TOX I (Morning: 2 capsules with a meal; Evening: 2 capsules with a meal).
  • D-TOX II (Morning: 2 capsules with a meal; Evening: 2 capsules with a meal).
  • GreenGreen (Morning: 2 capsules with a meal; Evening: 2 capsules with a meal).

STAGE 2 (from 6 to 9 days)
  • Light Mix Powder (Morning: 1 sachet *; Afternoon: 1 sachet *; Evening: 1 sachet *.

* The content of one sachet should be dissolved in a glass (~ 240 ml) of cold water and drunk immediately. Additionally, wash it down with a glass of water. You should drink enough fluids throughout the day.


STAGE 3 (from 10 to 14 days)
  • Assimilator (Morning: 2 capsules with a meal; Evening: 2 capsules with a meal).
  • GreenGreen (Morning: 2 capsules with a meal; Evening: 2 capsules with a meal).
  • Super-Flora (In the morning: 1-3 capsules during the meal; In the evening: 1-3 capsules during the meal).
