Enervit Enervitene sports
Foodstuff satisfying the body's needs during intense physical activity, especially of sportsmen. A soluble drink containing absorbable forms of carbohydrates suitable for providing the body with an adequate portion of energy, recommended during and after physical exertion.
The energy flowing from Enervitene Sport powder is felt very quickly because it contains maltodextrin and fructose. Fructose converts into energy in a very short time, while later more complex maltodextrin molecules ensure a constant energy supply.
Used during exercise, it ensures an even supply of energy for a long time. Used after exertion, it significantly accelerates the reconstruction of the body's energy reserves (glycogen).
The drink is also a source of, among others, vitamin B2, which reduces fatigue, improves metabolism and protects cells from oxidative stress.

Dosage

3 scoops (52g) of powder dissolve in 500ml of water (use low concentration at high ambient temperature). Drink approx. 200ml-500ml of drink 30min before exercise and 100ml-150ml every 15-20min. during effort. Due to the possibility of accumulating too much carbohydrate, which in turn may cause nausea, do not drink energy gels and concentrates with this drink.
