Enervitene Sport Gel is a very effective product for endurance sports (skiing, cycling, marathon runs ...) and team sports (football, volleyball, basketball, etc.). Thanks to the combination of maltodextrin, glucose and fructose, it guarantees very fast energy delivery without the risk of raising the blood sugar level that causes hypoglycaemia. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin ensure the proper conversion of carbohydrates and BCAA amino acids protect and regenerate muscles from extermination during exercise.

One package contains 25mg of caffeine, which has a beneficial effect on carbohydrate metabolism during and after endurance exercise.

Dosage

1-4 a day. 1 before (10 minutes before the start or training), 1-3 during (more often than every 30-40 min) or 1-4 during exercise, no more often than every 30-40 min. It can be dissolved in 200ml of water or in Enervit G. It is not necessary to drink Enervitene instant, because too much carbohydrate accumulates, which can lead to nausea, for example.

Due to the caffeine content, the product is not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 ° C, out of direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
