My organic coconut mousse is 100% certified organic and is made by grinding coconut flesh. At a higher temperature, it takes the form of a thick cream, so it is enough to warm it up in order not to be hard, preferably in a water bath. Coconut mousse, also often called coconut butter, is a tasty source of: fiber, potassium, magnesium and iron.
Unlike coconut oil, it is more compact, making it a great addition to omelettes, cakes or bars. It also works well as one of the ingredients of a smoothie, or a cream substitute, as the culmination of a fruit dessert (just remember not to overdo it with its amount).
