PRENACAPS is a line of dietary supplements intended for women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant and breastfeeding.

PRENACAPS DHA contains 600 mg of DHA and 120 mg of EPA obtained from small fish (anchovies).
  • 600 mg of DHA and 120 mg of EPA from anchovies
  • The team of the Polish Gynecological Society recommends eating min. 600 mg DHA for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It also recommends that the source of the fish's DHA is small fish.
  • The product has been tested for the content of heavy metals.
  • The product does not contain, among others artificial fillers, preservatives, sweeteners.
DHA accounts for approximately 96% of all omega-3 fats in the brain and 93% of omega-3 fats in the retina of the eye. It is therefore essential for the proper development and functioning of the brain and vision.
DHA and EPA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart.
The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.
