Mare's milk is a product very similar to woman's milk in terms of nutrient content. Due to the unique composition, mare's milk is distinguished by a much better tolerance by the human body than cow's milk. Like breast milk, it is of the albumin type (goat and cow are of the casein type).

Mare's milk contains much less sensitizing casein, is easily digestible and easily absorbed by the human body.
