Holland & Barrett Vitamin C and Zinc Lozenges contain 600mg of vitamin C (750% Nutritional Reference Value) and 14mg of zinc (140% NRV) per two lozenges. Both vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system, as well as the protection of cells from oxidative stress. You'll be sure to appreciate these lozenges as they slowly dissolve in your mouth.

Dosage

Suck one lozenge slowly in the morning and one in the evening. If symptoms persist, seek medical supervision/advice. Not recommended for long term usage. Do not exceed stated dose.
