KFD Premium Pre-Workout II is a high-quality dietary supplement based on a proven formula containing only substances that support the body during intense training.

It is an advanced pre-training complex supporting the body of every athlete during various types of physical exertion. The product consists of proven ingredients. Premium Pre-Workout II can be used by people training both strength and endurance sports.

The product contains both ingredients that improve blood circulation in the trained parties (e.g. arginine, citrulline), which results in the so-called muscle pump after training, and also supports the body during endurance exercise - it improves concentration and endurance, while reducing fatigue (e.g. caffeine, beta-alanine, tyrosine and taurine).

ATTENTION! - Due to the content of beta-alanine, citrulline malate and anhydrous caffeine, the product has strong hygroscopic properties (it is highly susceptible to moisture absorption). The formation of the so-called lumps or a uniform (compact) consistency does not mean a loss of the product's properties. The production date can be checked by the use-by date (2 years from the production date).

Dosage

11g (about 1 and 3/4 scoops) once a day. Pour one portion of 11g into a vessel with 150-200ml of water or juice and mix in. Consume immediately after preparation, e.g. 30 minutes before training.
