About me: I am a clinical dietitian who gained experience by learning from the best dietitians in Poland, such as Paulina Ihnatowicz, Emila Ptak, and Emilia Cesarek. I obtained a master's degree in dietetics from the Ludwik Rydygier Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz, at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. I am a curious person and always seek the main cause of problems. I specialize in intestinal diseases, especially in IBS and SIBO, as well as in hormonal disorders in both women and men. I advocate for an individual approach to each patient, which allows for achieving a specific therapeutic goal. In addition to diet, lifestyle change is the foundation of my work.
