Lactobacillus Gasseri is a strain of lactic acid bacteria with probiotic properties. The preparation contains live cultures of Lactobacillus gasseri LGS06 bacteria, which have undergone a microencapsulation process.

Microencapsulation is an innovative technology for the production of probiotics. The process of microencapsulation consists in coating freeze-dried strains of bacteria and enclosing them in lipid matrices. This method increases the safety, stability and viability of probiotic bacteria cultures. The colonization of the intestine by microencapsulated probiotic bacteria is more effective than in uncoated form.

The product also includes Senegalese acacia resin obtained from carefully selected Acacia senegal trees. Acacia fiber is a type of water-soluble fiber that is non-digestible in the body and has prebiotic properties. Acacia fiber acts as a natural stabilizer in the capsule.
