1. Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 

Vitamin B12 is a complex organic chemical compound containing cobalt in its structure and for this reason it is also called cobalamin. The vitamin B12 contained in the preparation is methylcobalamin. The form of this vitamin (as opposed to cyanocobalamin) does not need to be converted and is therefore better absorbed by the human body. 

2. folate Quatrefolic® (active, reduced folic acid) 

Folate, or levomepholic acid (5-MTHF) is the active form of vitamin B9. Unlike the popular synthetic pteroylmonoglutamic acid, folate does not need to be converted in the liver and is directly absorbed into the bloodstream. 

Quatrefolic® is the most bioavailable and stable form of folate.

3. P-5-P (coenzymatic vitamin B6) 

P-5-P, or pyridoxal phosphate, is the biologically active form of vitamin B6.
Other types of vitamin B6 (including the most common pyrodixal hydrochloride) are converted enzymatically in the liver to pyrodixal phosphate. 
P-5-P does not have to undergo this conversion making it more bioavailable.
