SymbioLact®B is a dietary food for special medical purposes containing biotin and a strain of lactic acid bacteria (Bifidobacterium lactis). These bacteria belong to the natural intestinal flora. The bacteria contained in SymbioLact®B were freeze-dried. When combined with water, bacteria collect it, which leads to their activation and multiplication. In addition to lactic acid bacteria, SymbioLact®B contains biotin (30 µg per bag). Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in the metabolism of body cells.
High activity tissues, such as mucous membranes, need biotin to function properly. The intestinal mucosa is the largest of the body's mucous membranes and is completely regenerated within 2-3 days. In order to permanently maintain this metabolic efficiency, it is necessary to supply the body with all nutrients. Most biotin is taken with food.
