Mollers My first Norwegian fish oil is a very high-quality and pure cod fish oil intended for children over 4 weeks of age.


Proper nutrition has a positive effect on children's development. Norwegian Mollers fish oil is an important part of the daily diet. In Norway, vitamin D supplementation is recommended, including cod liver oil, from 4 weeks of age. Fish oil (cod liver oil) contains both vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids. Vitamin D contributes to the proper growth and development of bones in children. Vitamin D supports the proper functioning of the immune system. Omega-3 DHA acid supports the proper development of eyesight in infants up to 12 months of age. DHA acid supports the maintenance of the proper functioning of the brain and proper vision.

Dosage

A gradual introduction of fish oil from 2.5 ml to 5 ml is recommended during the first 6 months after birth.
From 4 weeks of age, start dosing with 2.5 ml. Over the course of 2-5 months, increase the dose to 5.
