Dosage:

Dietary supplement for healthy adults performing high intensity exercises who are experienced users of pre-workout supplements, add a scoop of 1/2 to 1 to 250 ml (~ 8 fl oz) of cold water, shake 5-10 seconds. 10-30 minutes before training. For the first time, users should first try 1/4 - 1/2 scoops in 250 ml of water to assess tolerance. Read and understand the entire warning before use. Do not eat within 4 hours before bedtime.
