What is Cholina?
Choline is a water-soluble vitamin B. It can be produced in the human body, but the natural amounts are often not enough, which makes choline supplementation necessary. Natural sources of choline include egg yolk, pods, wheat germ, peanut and meat. In order to accelerate the rate of absorption, the bitartrate is added to the choline.

Acetylcholine is formed from choline, essential for proper muscle function. Choline resources are exhausted during exercise, which in turn will lead to worsening results. A number of studies have shown that choline supplementation is particularly beneficial for athletes practicing endurance disciplines, especially those exercising for 2 hours or more.

Application of Choline
