What is Creapure (Creatine)?

When should you consume Creapure?

We recommend taking 3-5g Creapure® just before or after physical exercise with a mixture of whey protein and carbohydrates for maximum absorption by the muscle. Alternatively, it can be mixed with water, milk or juice and consumed immediately after mixing.

New Creapure® users. It is recommended to first perform the 5th day of the charging phase in order to get the maximum benefit from it. Replenishing 5g (1 scoop) four times a day at regular intervals is recommended to saturate muscles with creatine before starting with the standard 3-5g standard for recommended daily use.

Dosage:

Add one and a half of a small MP bucket to the water, shake and eat. Apply 1-2 times a day. After 8 weeks of continuous use, take a week off and start the cycle again.

1x flat teaspoon plastic MP (small) is 3.5g (not included).
