Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times a day
Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day
Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day.

Capsules "Narimax" should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with a half cup of drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in cases of intolerance to dairy products). You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in the drink.
