This preparation provides a comprehensive blend of vegetarian enzymes, operating in a wide pH range and facilitating digestive processes. Protease is involved in the breakdown of proteins, amylase - starch, lipase - fats, cellulose - fiber and lactose breaks down milk sugar - lactose. Papain and bromelain are proteolytic enzymes involved in the digestion of proteins. To achieve maximum benefit from the use of enzyme supplements - they should contain three basic enzymes, namely: amylase, lipase and protease.
Enzymes support the metabolism in our body, they are the catalysts for biochemical changes occurring in it. They also "work" when, for example, wine is made from grape juice and cheese is made from milk.
