Fantastic product as ever from Now Foods when it comes to quality and value. This D3 5000IU is best option and value, since 5000IU is bare minimum for the intake to be effective. It is best to take D3 with Omega 3, Magnesium and K2 for better absorption and avoiding calcification in the arteries.
