In the first line, the following are of decisive importance in SINETROL®: polyphenols - an antioxidant function and guarana extract, which accelerates lipolysis, i.e. facilitates the breakdown of triglycerides contained in adipocyte cells into free fatty acids and glycerol. In the second place, L-carnitine begins its activity, which enables the transport of fatty acids through the inner mitochondrial membrane to the matrix of the energy center of the cell, where these compounds are broken down. The effect of carnitine is intensified by stimulating lipolysis of caffeine, green coffee extract (standardized to 50% of the chlorogenic acid content of ACG), green tea extract (also showing strong antioxidant properties of 1,2, additionally supplemented with guarana fruit extract.
It may be very effective to increase the rate of thermogenesis. This means much faster results, which are the result of, among others, an increase in resting caloric expenditure by raising the body temperature. Thermogenesis and fat metabolism are further enhanced by the action of black pepper extract containing up to 95% of piperine and by cayenne extract, standardized to 8% capsaicin content, further stimulating the absorption of other active ingredients of the preparation.
