Purpose: The preparation is intended for people with an increased need for protein, striving for the development of muscle mass, mainly competitive athletes and recreational exercisers. The protein contributes to the growth or maintenance of muscle mass.

Recommended daily dose: 1-3 portions daily - after waking up, between meals, after training or at bedtime. 1 part of the preparation (35 g = 1 scoop) dissolve in 150 ml * of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the portion recommended for consumption during the day. Dietary supplement can not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of small children.
* To adjust the intensity of the taste to individual preferences, dissolve in the amount of 100-200 ml of water.
