Dosage

1 serving a day - Dissolve the recommended dose in about 100 ml of cold / lukewarm water or milk. Leave for min. 1 minute (time needed to wake up and activate the bacteria). Then gently stir before consumption. Consume on an empty stomach, preferably before breakfast or at bedtime.
