Black cumin cold-pressed oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats, which include omega-6 fatty acids. The omega-6 fatty acid is linoleic acid (LA), which helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained when consuming 10 g of LA per day. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels [mono- and polyunsaturated fats are unsaturated fats]. Vitamin A helps keep skin healthy and helps maintain it
correct vision.

Dosage

Consume 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal. Drink with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.
