Silymarin is the active substance contained in thistle. Thistle supports the proper functioning of the liver, as well as supporting digestion and cleansing the body. Additionally, it contributes to maintaining normal blood sugar levels and helps maintain a healthy heart. Black pepper supports digestion and nutrient absorption and increases the effectiveness of herbal ingredients. Furthermore, black pepper helps to cleanse the liver and supports its proper functioning.

Dosage

Consume 1 capsule a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
