One capsule contains 3 forms of zinc, each in a dose of 5 mg - zinc citrate, zinc gluconate and zinc mono-l-methionine sulphate.


The preparation contains a chelated and organic form of zinc, which guarantees very high bioavailability and even distribution regardless of the organism and individual differences.
Zinc monomethionine is a combination of the mineral zinc and the amino acid methionine. Zinc monomethionine is more easily absorbed because methionine is the amino acid most easily absorbed by the body.

Serum zinc concentration fluctuates daily - it is the highest in the morning, the lowest - at night. Its concentration in the body decreases with age. It is also related to the fact that this micronutrient regulates the concentration of vitamin A. It should be remembered that only part of the zinc contained in the diet, ie 10-40%, is absorbed by the body.
