SiS GO Hydro has been designed to provide effective hydration to get the best performance. As an effervescent tablet that easily dissolves in ordinary water, it is a very practical approach (simply drop one tablet in a 500 ml water bottle) without calories.

SiS GO Hydro meets your demand for sodium at a specified concentration (30 mmol / L), which has been scientifically proven to provide better hydration compared to water alone. It was developed for the optimal hydration of the British sailing team during the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008. Just throw the tablet into the water to get effective hydration, practically without calories, before and during sports.

During moderate and intense exercise, we can produce up to 2 liters of sweat per hour depending on environmental conditions. Pot contains essential electrolytes, including sodium. Application:

Recommended dose:

Use 500 ml of SiS GO Hydro for 3-4 hours before exercise, with an additional 250-500 ml for a few hours before starting. When exercising with a smaller length, when consuming carbohydrates is not necessary, consume 500 ml of SiS GO Hydro per hour. If you want to combine hydration and energy supply, consume SiS GO electrolyte using the SiS GO Gel range.

What is the difference between SiS GO Hydro and SiS GO Electrolyte products?

SiS GO Hydro contains specific 300mg electrolytes that are lost by sweat. They are simply dissolved in water, with a minimum of 0.8 g of carbohydrates and virtually no calories. Use SiS GO Hydro for hydration before exercise and during sessions lasting less than 90 minutes when energy is not needed. GO Electrolyte contains 36g of quickly absorbed carbohydrate, so it is best when energy is also required.



Does it make a fizzy drink?

When you drop the tablet in water, it will have to dissolve completely. After that you only have an electrolyte drink.



Can I combine it with GO Electrolyte or GO Energy to get all the benefits?

No, because it would give too much sodium, above optimal levels.
