Inside the package there is a plastic measuring cup with a capacity of 5 ml. Directions for use: Measure out 1 level scoop of powder (5 ml = 3.2 g of powder) and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water while stirring. Consume in the morning, during breakfast and in the evening, during dinner.
