Immun-er is a comprehensive dietary supplement for immunity. Vitamins A, B6, C and D and zinc help in the proper functioning of the immune system.

Inosine
  • It is a chemical compound associated mainly with AMP, of which it is a precursor (ATP may be formed from AMP).

Glutamine
  • It is an endogenous amino acid that the immune system cells use in large quantities. Therefore, during periods of reduced immunity, illness, exhausting efforts, a daily diet may not cover the huge demand for glutamine.
  • Glutamine performs a wide spectrum of functions in the body. Large amounts of it is also used by the digestive system, which, when working properly, also affects immunity.

Turmeric and ginger extracts
  • They are a source of active substances: curcumin and gingerols, which have been used in folk medicine for centuries, because it was believed that their use can limit the growth of bacteria in the body.

Vitamins: C, D, A, B 6 as well as magnesium and zinc
  • Deficiency of these key vitamins and minerals, which can be caused by: a deficit / elimination / monotonous diet, lack of sun in the case of vitamin D, an intensive lifestyle, can increase the body's susceptibility to infections. Therefore, during periods of reduced immunity (including the autumn and winter season), it is suggested to consider additional nutritional sources of these vitamins or to supplement them. The advantage of Immun-er is a high portion (1000% of the suggested daily requirement) of vitamin D (2000 IU), which helps maintain healthy bones and zinc (10mg), which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
