SAW is a pre-workout that guarantees maximum muscle pump during training. A muscle pump is an increased blood flow to the muscles. It causes muscle swells, valued by gym goers, to visualize veins (vascularization). However, the muscle pump guaranteed by the pre-workout supplement is not just a visual experience of large muscles. More muscle blood means greater exercise capacity, better oxygen and nutrient supply, and faster removal of unnecessary metabolism products from the muscles.
A muscle pump is the result of increased production of nitric oxide (NO) by blood vessels. Vasodilator NO is made from the amino acid arginine. Another amino acid - citrulline, which the human body can transform into arginine - also helps maintain high levels of NO. The SAW pre-workout is a large dose of both arginine and citrulline, guaranteeing a longer lasting muscle pump feeling. SAW contains both of these amino acids in a very stable form (combined with AAKG or citric acid), protecting against premature deactivation in the digestive system.
S.A.W is a large dose of beta - alanine, which reduces muscular acidification that occurs during intense workouts. It allows you to train longer and harder, without signs of fatigue. The pre-workout is also a mix of different forms of creatine, which in combination with beta-alanine will allow you to progress.
S.A.W. are also components that maintain high levels of exercise hormones like adrenaline, which is responsible for energy mobilization of the body. If you start yawning during training, don't count on being able to train your strength to finish it. This is the moment when the body feels exhausted, and instead of stimulating adrenaline, sleepy serotonin begins to lead.
Anhydrous caffeine, taurine found in the SAW pre-workout allow you to maintain high levels of adrenaline. The amino acid tyrosine provides a substrate for the synthesis of this primate exercise hormone. The accompanying SAW stimulation protects against premature exercise fatigue and mental fatigue.
