HOW TO USE

Disposable portion of the preparation - 2 capsules, drink 300 ml of water. Use 1 serving daily. On workout days: 2 capsules 30 min. before training. On non-workout days: 2 capsules 30 min. bedtime. Do not use for more than 6 weeks.
