The tradition of using reishi in Chinese medicine dates back to about 4,000 years ago - Chinese healers have long been aware of the existence of a reishi mushroom. It is called in Asia the "fungus of immortality", which refers to the remarkable reishi properties that cause a significant slowdown in the effects of aging.

These mushrooms according to traditional Chinese medicine are recommended for diseases such as:

Reishi mushroom contains a lot of vitamins and minerals, among others iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, copper, manganese and germanium. Particularly important in reishi is also the presence of the so-called polysaccharides (beta-glucans) and triterpene, which are of great importance in the treatment of many diseases, which is confirmed by doctors' opinions.
