ACTIVLAB Creatine Powder - 500g

Creatine Powder Super by Activlab is recommended for excessive physical effort, especially for athletes practicing various disciplines as a support for both recreational and competitive training. Creatine is a natural component of muscle tissue and is involved in processes that cause muscle contraction. Importantly, it also increases physical performance in the case of successive short, very intense physical exercises. Vitamin D helps in the proper functioning of muscles, while vitamin B6 contributes to the proper maintenance of protein and glycogen metabolism.

SUGGESTED USE:

Saturation phase: up to 20 g per day for 5 days. Maintenance doses: 8-10 g per day. The measure should be taken regularly for 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, discontinue creatine for 3-4 weeks. 1 teaspoon of tea contains 5 g of the preparation.
