What is a red clover?
Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) is nothing more than a meadow clover commonly found in meadows and parks. It is a plant belonging to the legume family, occurring naturally throughout Europe, as well as in Central Asia and North Africa. Despite the low environmental requirements it needs to grow and bloom, the plant is rich in numerous biologically active substances, such as vitamins and minerals, anthocyanins and isoflavones.

How does red clover work?
