Dory sen is a product that combines melatonin, Hypro-ri® sea magnesium and bioactive plant extracts of lemon balm, valerian, passion flower and hops.
  • Melatonin is the "sleep hormone" that regulates our body's day and night rhythms. It helps in shortening the time needed to fall asleep, also in the event of disturbing factors (e.g. full moon, night shift work, disturbed circadian rhythm, etc.). This positive effect occurs if you take 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed (approx. 30 minutes before bedtime).
  • Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jetlag, i.e. the difficulty in adjusting to a new time zone while traveling long distances. Then it should be used from the first day of travel, approx. 30 minutes before the planned sleep, and then on the following days, until switching to the local time.

Sea magnesium - for the nervous system and psychological functions
  • Magnesium is also called a relaxing mineral. The Hypro-ri ® Magnesium we use is a special, improved form of magnesium. Magnesium Hypro-ri ® is a patented marine magnesium complex which has a particularly high bioavailability and bioactivity. Natural Sea Magnesium is combined with amino acids from rice protein. In this combination, magnesium is particularly bioavailable to our body - even better than magnesium glycinate or magnesium glycerophosphate.
The magnesium contained in the product Good Sleep by Dr. Jacob's has been scientifically proven to benefit the following body functions:
  • helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system,
  • contributes to the reduction of tiredness and weariness
  • contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism
  • helps in maintaining proper psychological functions

Proven plant extracts for a better effect:
  • Hops extract has a calming (soothing) effect, promoting a good sleep.
  • Valerian root extract (valerian) is valued mainly for its calming properties, it can help maintain proper sleep quality.
  • Passion flower extract (passion flower) has relaxing and calming properties. It helps with sleep inebriation and problems with falling asleep.
  • Lemon balm herb extract has calming properties that help you calm down and sleep.
