VSL # 3 is a concentrated polyprobiotic that contains 8 strains of bacteria that rebuild the intestinal microflora. It contains live lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria. Rebuilding the intestinal microflora with VSL # 3 probiotics can restore some kind of balance and improve health, or at least alleviate intestinal discomfort. The product is free of dyes, preservatives and synthetic sweeteners. It also does not contain soy, gluten, lactose or milk derivatives.
 

VSL # 3 is an innovative probiotic preparation, the use of which is recommended in cases of digestive system disorders and food infections associated with diarrhea and vomiting. The preparation is intended for children and adults. Examples of ailments indicating the need of using a probiotic:
 

  • ulcerative colitis,
  • Crohn's disease
  • inflammation of the intestinal pouch,
  • irritable bowel syndrome,
  • infectious diarrhea,
  • antibiotic or radiation therapy, diverticular disease of the intestine and certain liver diseases (e.g. cirrhosis).

Dosage

The recommended daily intake is 1-2 sachets a day (450-900 billion bacteria).
Dissolve the contents in water, yogurt, apple juice, or any other cold, non-carbonated drink and consume immediately.
The contents of the sachet should not be dissolved in hot or carbonated liquids.

Important information: The product is contraindicated in the case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation. In individual cases, there may be flatulence in the first days after consumption, this is a normal phenomenon. Store in a refrigerator (2-8ºC). Can be stored at room temperature (up to 25ºC) for up to 7 days without adversely affecting the contents. Store out of the reach of small children.
