F-VIT B3 is a dietary supplement in the form of a powder that contains niacin (nicotinic acid) and chicory inulin.

Niacin helps to maintain normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and maintaining normal psychological functions.

Dosage

1. Put 1 portion (1 flat scoop) into a dry container.
2. Add 200 ml of water or another drink and mix.
